Course Description
There is no singular route to implementing sustainable practices, and to develop a sustainability strategy, it is important to prioritize efforts and to create a roadmap. Regardless of the size or type of organization, a few critical steps will help you develop and implement a strategy. In this course, part of the Sustainability series, you will learn how to assess your organization using activities tables and evaluate the importance and urgency of activities that support your sustainability goals. Similarly, by creating a stakeholder map, you can begin to uncover who might assist your organization on its journey toward sustainability.
