Promoting good team cohesion has never been more difficult or more important. Employees are often spread out, sometimes on a global scale, making it a challenge to build truly unified and resilient teams. This course will examine team cohesion from an employee’s point of view. You’ll learn how to recognize good and bad team cohesion and see how conflict plays a vital role in cohesive teams. We’ll also give you some practical steps to take to improve cohesion on your team.
