Course Description

This interactive training explores the causes and dangers of heat-related illnesses, including heat cramps, heat exhaustion, and heatstroke. Supervisor participants will engage in scenarios to understand the importance of prevention strategies such as hydration, shade access, and acclimatization. The course also covers workplace safety guidelines, supervisor responsibilities, and emergency action planning to ensure a proactive approach to heat illness prevention.
