Session Description
Employers in the attractions industry face a variety of legal requirements and obligations that pertain to hourly workers, overtime-exempt employees, as well as part-time employees and seasonal workers. This session will cover the “Top 10” legal issues that come up again and again both in the context of everyday compliance efforts as well as in litigation that is filed in various state and federal courts, and state and federal enforcement agencies, like the Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
