Course Description:
Introductory Series: Amusement Equipment Operations is designed to equip amusement equipment staff with the skills they need to ensure a safe and good experience for guests. This course focuses on understanding play equipment, opening play equipment, instructing passengers, operating play equipment, and turning off play equipment.
In addition, this course includes key tips for communicating with visitors, basic safety, keeping the facility clean, and teamwork. This 30-minute lesson includes inline activities and knowledge checks to reinforce relevant concepts. This is an excellent course for frontline employees, new hires, or employees returning to work in the new season.
