Course Description

This IAAPA course introduces general operating concepts vital to the success of any arcade. This training discusses game selection, how to use common data points to your advantage, essential maintenance, and more.
This 40-minute course includes multiple inline activities to aid in your understanding of how to properly clean, rotate, and maintain your machines, whether card readers may be your best bet, and how to engage your guests to provide an enhanced and memorable experience. This course also includes a knowledge check to reinforce the concepts.
