IAAPA understands that a candidate may sometimes need to make changes to their scheduled exam appointments. A candidate may cancel or reschedule an exam at any time; however additional fees are incurred if an exam is canceled or rescheduled within 30 days of the appointment date.
In addition, if an candidate does not cancel or reschedule their exam, and is a no-show (they do not sit for their exam at their scheduled date and time) they incur a no-show fee. In the event of a no-show, exam fees are non-refundable or transferable to a new exam booking.
These fees are required prior to exam rescheduling. If you believe you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact Alissa DeMeglio at ADeMeglio@IAAPA.org within 72 hours of the missed exam sitting or cancellation. Read more about IAAPA Certification Policies.
IAAPA certification applications, exams, and other fees are not eligible to be purchased for anyone other than yourself.
