Course Description
Getting Started: Visitor Relations is designed to help you with the skills you need to create a positive and enjoyable experience for our visitors. This course focuses on the six attitudes of hospitality, which are: Smile, Greet and Receive, Observe the Visitor, Ask and Suggest, Know the Answer and Friendly Farewell.
In addition, this course includes key reminders on how to work with our visitors, basic safety, the importance of keeping the facility clean, and teamwork. This 30-minute course includes integrated activities and a knowledge assessment to reinforce concepts. It's an excellent course for frontline employees, new hires, or those returning for the new season.
