Course Description
This course highlights the key steps in the job of any amusement ride, from pre-opening checklists to closing the game at the end of the day. Filmed on location at various amusement facilities, the course guides the ride operator through a full shift of work, illustrating key steps and best practices along the way. These include: knowledge of the game, opening the game, instructions to users, operating the game, and closing the game.
The online course also includes information on customer care, housekeeping, and how to work as a team.
Each section of the course includes an interactive quiz to reinforce learning.
It's an excellent course for customer service employees, new employees, or employees returning for a new season.
