Course Description
This course addresses the legality and common questions that come with welcoming guests with service animals to attraction facilities. It examines the basic protection provided in the Americans with Disabilities Act regarding service animals, as well as solidify the distinctions among service animals, service animals in training, and emotional support animals and the allowances with each.
This 25-minute course includes multiple inline activities and insights into how to know what you should or should not inquire a guest about regarding their animal, and ultimately how to ensure their experience is as safe and enjoyable as any other guest. This course also includes a knowledge check to reinforce the concepts and is a vital course for any team member, especially frontline employees, new hires, or employees returning for the new season.
