Course Description
Good leaders are able to listen to the entire team’s input when making decisions. In this course, you will learn how to make decisions more effectively as a group. We will start off by explaining how you can keep your ego in check and encourage members of your team to share ideas. Then, we will offer helpful tips on each step of the decision-making process. We will discuss how to ask effective questions, how to stay open to new ideas, and how to anticipate the consequences of a decision.
