Social Responsibility and Inclusion at Casa Batlló's

Session Description

Casa Batlló is the first UNESCO World Heritage Site to employ a dedicated team of neurodivergent individuals—thanks to a collaboration with the organization Specialisterne. This groundbreaking initiative includes more than 60 staff members with conditions such as autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and ADHD, all working to support and elevate the quality of the visitor experience. Learn how inclusion and innovation come together to create a more welcoming and enriching environment for all guests.
