Course Description
This comprehensive course examines how employees can maintain a respectful workplace that’s free of harassment and discrimination. To drive home the relevance of these issues, this course provides a variety of real-life scenarios in a typical attraction.
After completing this course, employees will know what a respectful workplace looks like, how to distinguish between harassment and discrimination, and what anti-discrimination laws are in place. They’ll also learn what can be done to prevent and combat inappropriate behavior both as an employee and as a manager within the attractions industry. Managers taking this course will learn how to respond appropriately, recognize basic elements to include in policy, and organize comprehensive, mandatory training for management and staff.
While this course is designed to comply with most U.S. regulations for sexual harassment prevention training, please reference the regulations that apply to your company to ensure compliance. Depending on your location, you may need to supplement this training course with other elements to comply with regulations in your state/country.
