This course provides an overview of security as it relates to protecting work, physical assets, intellectual assets and personnel. You'll learn about the key areas that the security function covers, as well as the potential costs of a security-related crime to your organization. Discover the different types of security-related events, including crimes and non-crimes, and the characteristics of common types of offenders. The course also describes an employee's responsibilities as it relates to your organization's security.
