As attractions increasingly rely on digital systems, from ticketing and cashless payments to ride operations and guest data, cybersecurity has become a necessity for operational safety and business resilience. Companies are increasingly coming under attack from malware to their data being seized and held ransom. This session will explore the IT and OT cybersecurity challenges facing the attractions industry, and share best practices such as protecting point-of-sale systems, safeguarding guest information and securing ride control safety systems.
