Course Description

This course explores the sales cycle and how attractions employees can effectively implement this sales process to give guests what they want and need. It explains the 5 steps of this cycle in detail (suspecting, prospecting, pitching, answering questions, and closing) and emphasizes how important it is to build a relationship with your guests/potential buyers, as that is what is most crucial in closing your sale. Additionally, it guides employees in honing communication skills, developing a toolkit, and determining key performance indicators.

This 30-minute course includes an in-depth insight into each step of the sales cycle, including inline activities and a knowledge check to reinforce the concepts. This is a vital course for any team member in a sales role.
