Session Description
This session explores the operational subtleties of safety. It is critical for us as operators to communicate our safety information to our guests. We communicate safety through our behaviors and manners.
We'll look into ways to instill a safety culture among our personnel. More than simply learning procedures, we want our employees to embrace safety in every contact, becoming true safety ambassadors.
In addition, we'll go over strategies for dealing with rule infractions by visitors, and keeping order while maintaining a pleasant environment. This session aims to respond to nowadays guest expectations and frame safety not as an obligation, but as a protective framework, enhancing visitors' experience and enjoyment.
