Course Description
Getting Started: Supervision is designed to help train new supervisors in the skills they need to successfully transition into their frontline management role. This course focuses on the various roles of a supervisor, including being a motivator, a leader, a coach, and an administrator.
In addition, this course includes key reminders on how to work with visitors, basic safety, the importance of keeping facilities clean, and teamwork. This 30-minute course includes integrated activities and a knowledge assessment to reinforce concepts. It's an excellent course for frontline employees, new hires, or those returning for the new season.
