Course Description
Getting Started: Operations Skill Games is designed to help employees in charge of these games with the skills they need to ensure visitors have a positive experience. This course focuses on Opening the Game, Getting and Keeping Players, Operating the Game, and Closing the Game.
In addition, this course includes key reminders on how to work with our visitors, basic safety, the importance of keeping the facility clean, and teamwork. This 30-minute course includes integrated activities and a knowledge assessment to reinforce concepts. It's an excellent course for frontline employees, new hires, or those returning for the new season.
