Interactive Guest Experiences - What is Being Offered Now, and What Can Guests Expect in the Future

Session Description

The Attractions industry continues to develop technology that engages guests through interactivity. Using immersive and interactive environments, the storytelling capabilities are expanding both inside rides and outside in the park areas.

This session will highlight some of these interactive experiences, such as the interactive games found within SeaWorld’s Sesame Street Land and an interactive phone application by Lost Island and others. Panelists will share the different forms of technology they are using at their companies, how technology is improving interactivity, what they would change, and finish with various ways others can incorporate these experiences.
