Course Description
In this course, you will learn about the fundamental concepts and optimal strategies for admissions and ticketing operations at an attraction. You will examine common ticket products utilized in the industry and how attractions can successfully market and sell these items to guests. You will also investigate the various aspects of an attraction's main entrance, and its daily operational procedures, particularly focusing on its role as the primary hub for guest arrivals, departures, safety, and service. Lastly, the course will highlight the data metrics that are valuable in measuring performance and guiding future admissions operating decisions.
