Course Description
First Steps: Merchandise Operations is designed to help employees with the skills they need to ensure guests have a positive experience while shopping in retail locations in your attraction. This course focuses on opening, operating, and closing merchandise locations and how to be successful in your role. In addition, this course includes key reminders on working with our guests, basic safety, the importance of keeping the facility clean, and teamwork.
