First Steps: Guest Relations

Course Description

First Steps: Guest Relations is designed to help you with the skills you need in order to create a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. This course focuses on the six acts of hospitality, which are: Smile, Meet and Greet, Read the Guest, Ask and Suggest, Know the Answer, and Friendly Farewell. 

In addition, this course includes key reminders on working with our guests, basic safety, the importance of keeping the facility clean, and teamwork. This 30-minute course includes inline activities and a knowledge check to reinforce the concepts. This is an excellent course for frontline employees, new hires or employees returning for the new season.
