Course Description

Attractions facilities are vulnerable to a host of potential crises ranging from natural disasters, financial crises, technological breakdowns, organizational crimes, and workplace violence or acts of malevolence. This course will prepare you to address and potentially prevent, crises before they occur at your facility. If a crisis does strike, you'll know what tools, strategies, and resources will help you respond and recover. You will be provided with an overview of how to write an emergency response plan, explore best practices and procedures for developing an effective plan, learn how to align an emergency plan with crisis communications, and understand how to train and practice the plan.
