Course Description

This course will introduce you to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). After completing this course, you will recognize how intentional engagement in DEI helps sustain a healthy, inclusive, and human-centered workplace and why this is crucial to business success. Supporting DEI efforts not only increases employee engagement and talent retention – sustaining an employee base that maintains DEI makes guests feel honored and seen. This course will also teach you to understand and consciously manage bias to ensure your workplace is equitable and inclusive for all.

This 30-minute course includes inline activities, opportunities for reflection, and a knowledge check to reinforce the concepts. This is a vital course for any team member, especially frontline employees, new hires, or employees returning for the new season.
