Course Description
This course outlines how to first decide on what story you want to tell within your attraction’s experience, and how to then shape it into a ‘story sphere’ – a story that, indeed, has a beginning, middle, and end – but one that has a multitude of narrative arcs in between. It also instructs how to install elements that make your world come alive…from scenic, audio, tactile, and olfactory, to the ultimate addition that truly makes it real – its actors.
This 40-minute course includes practical examples to aid in your understanding of how to design a memorable experience, including how to cast and train your actors and create real-world connections when marketing your attraction/event. This course also includes a knowledge check to reinforce the concepts and is a vital course for any team member involved in the design or development of immersive entertainment.
