Course Description

After new hire onboarding orientation, your teams will proceed to their respective departments to complete on-the-job training (OJT). An effective training program helps to accelerate an employee's professional development and prepares them to excel in their new role at your attraction. In this course, you will learn how to design and deliver training and assessment programs that engage learners and aid them in acquiring new skills relevant to their positions.
