Course Description
Getting Started: Merchandise Operations is designed to help employees with the skills they need to ensure guests have a positive experience when shopping at retail locations at their attraction. This course focuses on opening, operating, and closing merchandise locations, and how to succeed in your role. In addition, this course includes key reminders on how to work with our guests, basic safety, the importance of keeping the facility clean, and teamwork.
