Session Description
This session will cover how transactions are measured and help you determine what success is for your Food and Beverage location. Once you know what success looks like, we will explore ways to help you assess what is needed to get there. How many transactions can you get from each outlet? What changes can be made to increase throughput? We'll explore the design of facility, simple rearrangements of equipment for better flow, menu changes and technology that can help increase transaction counts.
