The IAAPA Pre-Approved Provider Program, developed and managed by IAAPA, promotes the consistency of attractions industry training by qualifying courses that align to IAAPA's CBOK (Common Body of Knowledge) and adult education best practices.

Once approved for the IAAPA Pre-Approved Training Provider Program, your organization's training courses can be used to satisfy ICAP (IAAPA Certified Attractions Professional) and ICAE (IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive) continuing education requirements. Your training programs will be included in the IAAPA Pre-Approved Provider Program Registry, which provides certified individuals one place to quickly find qualified courses.

What Do I Need to Apply?

Application forms are submitted through the IAAPA Online Learning Portal. Please be sure to have the following items when you submit your form for approval.

  • Training organization name and background
  • Detailed information about the training course (name, training time, learning objectives, syllabus)
  • Detailed information about the instructors or faculty (name, resume/cv)
  • Application Fee
